**I’m selling jewellery at Bath Christmas Market from 27th November to 4th December 2024 -  any orders placed on those days will be dispatched from 5th December onwards**

UK Delivery

UK delivery costs £3.39. My packing and dispatch time is usually one to two working days (except while I’m at Bath Christmas Market - I will dispatch orders after 5/12/24)

I use Royal Mail Tracked 48 (they aim to deliver within two to three working days). 

Please allow three to five working days from the dispatch date to receiving your order. At busier times, like Christmas, Royal Mail may take longer to deliver.

I post and package items with care in strong postage boxes. My standard packages fit through most letterboxes. 

International Delivery

I am happy to offer international standard delivery. Prices start from £5.55 up to £15.80. The delivery cost is calculated at checkout - it depends on the weight of your order and the location.

Most deliveries arrive within one to two weeks however please check Royal Mail for International Service updates.

All international orders are sent untracked. If there are any delivery queries, such as wanting to upgrade to tracked delivery please contact me before placing your order.

Customs and import taxes 

Customers are responsible for any import VAT, taxes, and fees (e.g. customs fees) that may apply
